Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

If you use Folivere on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Folivere provides an AI voice assistant platform for hair transplant clinics, including outbound and inbound calling, lead follow-up, transcript logging, CRM integration, analytics, and related dashboard features.

Features, availability, and integrations may change as we improve the platform. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Folivere is intended for clinics, business operators, and authorized staff. You must provide accurate registration and account information and keep credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that users you authorize comply with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Folivere in violation of applicable law, telecom rules, or patient privacy requirements.
• Call individuals without a lawful basis, required consent, or valid clinic authorization.
• Upload, transmit, or process unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law.

Clinics using Folivere are responsible for determining the lawful basis for contacting patients and leads, providing required notices, and obtaining necessary consents.

Folivere processes patient and lead data as a processor on the clinic's instructions. A separate data processing agreement applies to production use of the platform.

Folivere and its licensors own the platform, website, branding, software, and related materials. These Terms do not grant ownership rights in our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Folivere a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the services.

Paid plans, pilot terms, and billing details are defined in the commercial agreement or order form between Folivere and the clinic.

Demo requests and evaluations may be offered at no charge at our discretion. We may suspend services for non-payment under applicable contract terms.

Folivere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcription, or specific commercial outcomes. AI-generated responses and call handling should be reviewed according to your clinic's policies and regulatory obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folivere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the fees paid by the clinic to Folivere for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to meet contractual payment obligations.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer or data protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected where applicable.
