For patient and lead data handled through our platform, the clinic is generally the data controller and Folivere acts as a data processor. We process that data only on the clinic's documented instructions and under a data processing agreement.

• Infrastructure, hosting, analytics, telecommunications, and AI service providers that help us deliver the platform.
• The clinic that engaged Folivere, when data is generated through that clinic's use of the service.

Service providers are permitted to process data only to perform services for Folivere and are required to protect it appropriately.

Retention periods for call recordings, transcripts, and CRM data are defined in agreements with each clinic and may vary based on clinic requirements and legal obligations.

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure handling of call and transcript data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of data you provided in a portable format.

• If you are a patient or lead whose data was processed through a clinic's use of Folivere, please contact that clinic first as the data controller.

• You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
